Terms & Conditions – Hang & Glow Crew

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Nova Rental Group LLC, operating as Hang & Glow Crew (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer seasonal holiday lighting installation, takedown & storage, and permanent lighting installation. Services are subject to availability and weather.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Estimates valid for 30 days.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your installation.

  • Full payment due as specified on invoice.

  • We may reschedule services due to weather or safety concerns.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 7 days before installation → full refund of deposit.

  • Cancellations within 7 days → deposit is non-refundable.

  • If we cannot complete service due to weather/safety, we will reschedule or refund at our discretion.

  • Once installation is completed, no refunds are issued for takedown or storage services.

4. Warranties

  • Seasonal service includes install, maintenance during the season, takedown, and (if applicable) storage.

  • Permanent lighting includes manufacturer’s warranty + limited installation warranty.

  • Warranty void if tampered with by others.

5. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your information, you agree to receive SMS and/or emails from us regarding scheduling, updates, and promotions.

  • Message & data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Customer misuse.

  • Acts of nature, vandalism, external causes.

  • Delays due to weather or unforeseen events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
